Tender-III Notification and Technical Evaluation

BISE Kohat had advertised a Tender Notice for procurement of various items i.e. Ticketing Machine, Stickers, Toners, Stationary items and other miscellaneous items, which was opened on 25/02/2021. The procurement committee of BISE Kohat had Technically Evaluated the bids, which has been displayed in the attached sheets. Total 06 bidders had applied/competed in which all bidders had technically qualified. The bidders had contested for the items, which have been evaluated in terms of sample, quality etc and recorded in the evaluation sheets. List of the bidders along with Score and Status etc have been displayed for information and grievances/reservations (if any) will be redressed up to 12/03/2021. The verifications of Documents/attachments of certificates etc of the bidders are in process and not yet finalized, in case of any shortcomings and discrepancies, this office has reserved the rights of imposition of penalty in accordance with the terms and condition already made. Therefore, the qualified bidders are informed that financial opening will be held on 17/03/2021, 11:30 am in conference room of BISE Kohat. Note: For any reservation and grievances feel free to contact procurement committee of BISE Kohat up to 12/03/2021.
