Procedure & Instructions:
  • The School/College leaving certificate is not to be given by the Head of the Institution until and unless the transfer of student has been sanctioned by the Chairman of BISE Kohat. No admission wihout such sanction shall be considered valid.
  • No Migration request will be acceptable from 31st Dec To 31st May due to annual examination, every year.
  • Migration Certificate will be issued within a week in case of Ordinary request fee Rs.100/- and Migration cancellation or duplicate migration request fee will be charged as Rs.150/-.
  • Migration within the Board from School to School and College to College will be dealt with by the Education Department
  • Timing Schedule is as under:-
    • Summer Season
      • From 8:30 AM TO 1:00 PM
      • On Friday : From 8:30 AM TO 11:00 PM
    • Winter Season
      • From 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM
      • On Friday : From 9:00 AM TO 11:00 PM
  • After filling Migration Request Form, you may check the Online Status from Online Application Tracking.
