Procedure & Instructions:
  • Rs.100/- for the First Time request and Rs.250/- for the Duplicate request and Rs.500/- for the Triplicate request will be charged as a Original Certificate charges. There is no need for scratch card for year 1995 and ownward with first time request.
  • Fill the Original Certificate Form carefully. Original Certificate will not be issued in case of any wrong information. Office will not be responsible in this case.
  • Online Original Cetificate request will be posted on the given postal address within 15 days.
  • Timing Schedule is as under:-
    • Summer Season
      • From 8:30 AM TO 1:00 PM
      • On Friday : From 8:30 AM TO 11:00 PM
    • Winter Season
      • From 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM
      • On Friday : From 9:00 AM TO 11:00 PM
  • After filling Original Certificate Request, you may check Online Status from Online Application Tracking.
