Tender-III Final Notification and Winner List

BISE Kohat had advertised an E-Tender Notice for procurement of various items i.e. Ticketing Machine, Stickers, Toners, Stationary items and other miscellaneous items, for the year 2021, technical bids of which were opened on 25/02/2021. The procurement committee of BISE Kohat had Technically Evaluated the major items, which has been displayed in BISE Kohat official website. Total 06 bidders had applied/competed in which all bidders had technically qualified. The technical score of the bidders were converted into 70% weightage and recorded. The financial bids of all qualified bidders were opened on 17/03/2021, which were scrutinized/ assessed and evaluated by the committee and the quoted/offered rates were converted into 30% weightage. The committee then finalized the evaluation process by declaring the best evaluated bids/winners for each and every item while applying the formula (70% + 30% = 100%) i.e. combination of technical and financial scores. Item wise list of winners (bidders) have been displayed for information and grievances /reservations (if any) which will be redressed up to 29/03/2021.
