Tender-III Notification and Revised Technical Evaluation

Consequent upon the receipts of observation/complaints received from the following four (04) firms with regarding to the uploading of technical evaluations for Tender No.03, 2021 BISE Kohat, the procurement committee has considered the observations/complaints and addressed/decided accordingly in accordance with KPPRA Rule 2014. 01. SY Enterprises Peshawar. 02. OCEAN Traders Mardan. 03. Rainbow Traders. 04. Waraq Trader Gujranwala. The procurement committee after thoroughly discussing the contents of the observations/complaints decided as under. 01. As the tender concerns procurement of Goods rather than services, there is no need for production/attachment of KPRA registration certificate. Moreover, no weight has been allotted in the criteria for technical evaluation. Therefore, there is no weight/substance in the complaint. 02. OCEAN Trader Mardan should have attached the relevant documents/samples/brochures at the time of submission of bids/ tenders and at this stage his request cannot be considered. Hence, regretted. 03. As objected by the Rainbow Traders Peshawar, the OCEAN Trader Mardan had not attached valid press declaration certificate. The objection/reservation is plausible and as such OCEAN Trader Mardan is declared as ineligible for stickers and original certificates. 04. As objected by the Waraq Trader Gujranwala, the OCEAN Trader Mardan has not attached valid press declaration certificate. The objection/reservation is plausible and as such OCEAN Trader Mardan is declared as ineligible for stickers and original certificates. 05. As to the stickers, it was decided that the item shall be dropped from the instant procurement.
