Tender 2020-21 Technical Evaluation General

BISE Kohat had advertised a Tender Notice for procurement of various items i.e. Server, Computers, Scanners, Toners, Printers, Envelopes, Stationary items, Sport items, Electric items and other miscellaneous items for the year 2020-21, which was opened on 09/12/2020. The procurement committee of BISE Kohat had Technically Evaluated the major items, which has been displayed in the attached sheets. Total 12 bidders had applied/competed in which 02 bidders had technically disqualified in the General Evaluation at the very outset of the tender. The remaining 10 Nos. had contested for their own choices items, which have been evaluated in terms of sample, quality etc and recorded in the evaluation sheets. As for as, the petty items/low impacts items/electric and sports items are concerned, the 10 qualified bidders were found Eligible for competition. List of the qualified bidders along with items etc have been displayed for information and grievances and reservations (if any) will be redressed up to the financial opening which will be held on 12/01/2021.

Therefore, the qualified bidders are informed that financial opening will be held on 12/01/2021, 11:30 am in conference room of BISE Kohat.
